    Objectives:

    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and webinars. You must be a pro at using , Sales CRM, and Email and comfortable making connections via Zoom Calls or Telephonic calls every day.

    Job Duties:

    • Cold-call prospects :-)
    • Develop global sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
    • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
    • Generate new leads and penetrate all targeted accounts.
    • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
    • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to field sales representatives.
    • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
    • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to the field sales team with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
    • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
    • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
    • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

    Requirements:

    • Atleast 1-4 years' experience in Saas Sales / IT Product Sales / Cyber Security sales
    • Ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas.
    • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
    • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
    • Savvy with and CRM tools.
    • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent listening skills.
    • Strong written communication skills.
