    Brief Role Description:Our client is inthe process of setting up a strategic team tasked with bringinghealthcare closer to patients. The initiative involves setting upprimary and secondary care services that are easily accessible topatients and are supported by hyperresponsive processes built tokeep patient needs and satisfaction at the center of focus. Theinitiative aims to bridge the gap between Health s inhospitaloffering and patient s everyday healthcare needs and providepatients access to a continuum of care tailored to their ownspecific healthcare needs.
    Theprimary role of the Front Office Executive will be attending to thepatients guiding the patients doing registrations coordinating withthe relevant department and ensuring the smooth flow of work. Willact as a conduit for the transmission of information betweenproviders and Customers.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Receivecustomers and their attendants in a welcoming manner and answertelephone calls.
    • Answering all queriesby customers/attendants politely.
    • Listen to thecustomer/attendant carefully and guide the patient in the rightway.
    • Taking completedetails while doing the New Registrations like Permanent addressphone numbers fax numbers etc.
    • Guide the customersto get the investigations done properly.
    • Maintain cordialrelations with the customers.
    • Maintain all relevantrecords i.e. logbook appointment diaries etc. properly.
    • Maintainconfidentiality of customers.
    • Preparing MIS reportand summary.
    • Workwith the medical staff to develop implement and carry outimprovement programs.
    • Act proactively inthe quality improvement program.
    • Perform other dutiesas assigned by relevant authorities.

    Whatis the profile of the person who will be successful in this role
    • Proficiencyin verbal communication English and Kannada/Hindi. Any localLanguage proficiency is an added advantage.
    • QualificationGraduate/Postgraduate.
    • Experience 0 to 2Years.
    • Demonstratedability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Demonstratedproblemsolving skills in a complex environment.
    • Demonstratedeffective interpersonal relations and customer service skills.
    • Good organizationaland time management skills.
    • Ability to workeffectively with people from diverse cultures and diversesocioeconomic situations.
    • Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Word and MS Excel and ability to use other
    • computer programs andapplications in ways that facilitate panel management.
