Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
2. Maintain a list of available inventory.
3. Oversee and Manage all the operations of the kitchen.
4. Should have good communication skills and should be open to suggestions from employees.
5. Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines. Maintain Food Safety standards.
6. Should ensure seamless and perfect packing of orders.
7. Maintain daily reports of the business done by the kitchen.
8. Keep account and maintain history of purchases done.Keep monthly purchase reports.
9. Maintain stock of ingredients and things essential to the kitchen.
10. Assist in purchase of ingredients in consultation with the management.
11. Responsible for controlling running costs, while maintaining exceptional standards at the same time.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
13. Address customer needs and complaints.

Qualifications:

1. Trained / Proven / 6Months experience as a Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager.
2. Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering items for the kitchen.
3. Ability to manage a team in a fast paced work environment.
4. Good knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety regulations.
5. Maintain records of employee attendance.
6. Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress.
7. Should be up to date with latest kitchen operational practices.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and good conflict management abilities.
9. Knowledge of general management practices, procedures and equipment.
10. Extremely organised and details oriented.

JobType : Full-time

Salary: Up to 10,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day Shift

Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
