    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Operational Risk Management Representative I to join our team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

    Reporting Position:

    • Compile and Distribute monthly T&E reports (Budget versus actual by person / category)
    • Distribute Email Notification regarding High Balance reports.
    • Maintain and update Purchase Services Excel spreadsheet.
    • Supplier Info
    • Supplier contact
    • Agreement terms regarding date of engagement and renewal
    • Payments submitted by group
    • Update information received by Finance
    • Analyze and verify T&E/Events/and Purchase Service Budgets against records provided by Corp Finance

    Third Party Governance

    • Assist on all Third-Party Engagements as a Delegate on Archer (Currently approximately 50 Engagements)
    • Help push timeline through various portals -Archer/Sirion/Ivalua/and Accounts payable

    Create Efficiencies through other Reporting alternatives other than Excel spreadsheets

    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

    • Hands-on experience in advance Excel
    • Good written and oral English communication
    • Should have vendor management and client reporting experience
