Job Description Summary:

MISSION : Provide IS teams processes, methods and tools necessary for their activities, as well as the associated standards, assistance and advice.

Key Expectations:

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• The road map of the expertise domain is created and communicated to stakeholders .

• The standards and Framework are :

o Built

o Deployed

o Supported

• Checking actions and capitalization of good practices are realized.

• Build and monitor the Obsolescence treatment plan of the expertise domain .

• Provide necessary assistance to project or support teams

Good Understanding of IAM and LDAP concepts

Technical skills on IAM and Forgerock AM DS 400

SAML, oAUTH Understanding.

Experience with Federation request

Graphana, Jira and ServiceNow as Secondary

Batch Scripting

Good Troubleshooting skills.

Should have worked on incident management and problem management.

Good Linux knowledge.

Ability to collaborate within the team.

Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.

Technically Supporting the team in resolving issues.

Collaborating with the team members.

Providing technical assistance and contribution.
