Responsibilities:

• Usingvarious strategies and tools to provide effective solutions tocustomers concerns.
• Communicating with clientsengineers and other technicians to ensure that services aredelivered effectively.
• Promptly following up onservice requests and providing customerfeedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machineryperformance and developing preventative maintenancemeasures.
• Conducting quality assurance andsafety checks on all equipment.
• Deliveringdemonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe andeffective equipment use.
• Providingrecommendations about new features and productimprovements.
• Monitoring inventory andreordering materials when needed.
• Conductingresearch and attending workshops to remain abreast of industrydevelopments.
• Writing reports and presentingfindings to Managers and Supervisors on a regularbasis.

SkillsRequired:

• An associates degree inengineering or similar.
• A bachelors degree inengineering is preferred.
• A relevantcertificate or license is advantageous.
• A validdrivers license and willingness totravel.
• Excellent active listening and customerservice skills.
• The ability to deal withmultiple requests without beingoverwhelmed.
• The ability to remain professionalunder pressure.
• Superb work ethic and a growthmindset.
