    Position: Inbound Tele Caller

    Job Profile: Its a non-targeted job, Candidate will receive inbound call from customer and will inform about the product. If any call has been missed, agent will do an out bound call on that number and if made a sale on that call by strong follow-up then company will pay incentive which is 5% of the product amount.

    qualification: 10+2, or Graduation with any specializations, with good communication skill in Hindi or English.

    Salary: 17k 20K, Salary is negotiable for right candidate

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using the provided lead lists.
    2. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
    3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
    4. Needs Assessment: Listen to customers' needs, answer their questions, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
    5. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase.
    6. Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns confidently to overcome obstacles to the sale.
    7. Closing Sales: Skillfully close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process.
    8. Follow-Up: Maintain contact with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
    9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant data in the CRM system.
    10. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
    11. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven Telesales Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
    2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
    3. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers to make a purchase.
    4. Product Knowledge: A willingness and ability to learn and understand the products/services offered by the company.
    5. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and bounce back from setbacks.
    6. CRM Usage: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
    7. Target-Driven: Results-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    8. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

    10. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A basic educational qualification is required.
