In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText Extended ECM solutions integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.

Your primary focus will be on understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and integration within the SAP ecosystem.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement OpenText Extended ECM solutions tailored to meet the organization's needs.
• Integrate OpenText Extended ECM with SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Customize and extend the functionality of OpenText Extended ECM as required to align with business processes.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of the implemented solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and endusers during implementation, training, and postgolive phases.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for endusers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices related to OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience 56 years in implementing and configuring OpenText Extended ECM solutions, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Strong understanding of document management, content lifecycle management, and records management concepts.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
• OpenText certifications related to Extended ECM and SAP integration would be advantageous.
