Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative 'Creative Lead' to lead the in-house design, user interface (UI), static & motion graphics, video production, edit and all creative strategies for Oasis Fertility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and effective marketing campaign creatives across various platforms including social media, website, landing pages, in-store branding, outdoor media, events & digital advertising. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive engagement and conversions, while effectively managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals. The role reports in to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the creative direction for all on-deck properties such as the website landing pages, store/clinic pages, blog and event pages, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and UI/UX best practices.
● Develop innovative design strategies for off-deck properties including social media, Meta & Google display ads, WhatsApp marketing campaigns and email newsletters to boost user engagement and retention.
● Collaborate with business development, paid marketing, and tech teams to create compelling content that drives conversions and enhances the user experience.
● Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and voice.
● Utilize data and customer insights to inform creative decisions and optimize visual strategies for better performance.
● Manage the creative team, set clear goals, and oversee project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines.
● Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new and innovative creative approaches and technologies into campaigns.
● Develop and manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver the highest impact.
● Spearhead the integration of AI tools and techniques into the creative process, enhancing personalization and relevance across all customer touchpoints.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor's degree in design or related field. Master's preferred.
● 10-12 years of hands-on experience in design, animation & video editing, preferred in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, health care, insurance, banking brands or other related sectors.
● Keen knowledge the entire Adobe Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, XD, InDesign & Firefly. Experience with generative AI like Midjourney, Dall݀݀ᐧe, Runway etc., is an added advantage
● Managed diverse in-house creative and also worked with agency teams.
● A profound understanding of design principles, motion graphics shortcuts, current trends, and industry best practices .
● A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content .
● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
Location & Work Days: Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills), 6 days in-office
