IdealCandidate Profile (Essential Attributes) PostGraduation/Graduation inany stream with excellent academic records. MBA / postgraduation will be an added advantage. Preferred Age 35 65 years Certification in REBT or any psychologyrelated course would be an advantage. Certification or Accreditation in trainingor facilitation would be an advantage.
Other Attributes The trainer must have 3 to 5years experience of working with students /youth for communication skills and workplaceskills trainings. Experience of working in acorporate team setting as a trainer or in any other role would bean advantage. Thetrainer should demonstrate deep understanding of the principles andpractices of business communication barriersto communication relationship among thoughtsemotions and behaviour and other theoretical aspects ofcommunication. We are looking forpractitioners with solid understanding oftheory. The trainershould have a pleasing and presentable personality appropriate fora corporate setting. Experience in inductiontraining of fresh graduates into workforceworking as a visiting faculty in colleges or management instituteswould be an advantage.

Key Responsibility Areas: The trainer should befamiliar with different group training methodologiessuch as role plays group discussion grouppresentation peer to peer learning and soon. We are looking for trainers whoconstantly upgrade their own knowledge andskills can adapt their training delivery totheir audience (trainees) and are willing toexperiment with a view to enhance effectiveness of their trainingdelivery. Our best trainers can lucidlyexplain the concepts without using jargon. The trainers should be open minded to learnand align with the concept of cognitiveaspects of communication and workplace skills. Ability to unlearnsome concepts in the context of this programwill be helpful. The trainers should befocused on the learning outcomes and show role modelorganic connect with the learners. The trainers should be well versed inEnglish and fluent in the regional language.
While the training would be conducted in English trainers whoexplain the complex concepts in locallanguage are more effective.
