Job Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager - Placements to join our team at Youth4Jobs Foundation. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to facilitate job placements for youth with disability. As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disability by creating employment opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate relationship management or placement services.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
• Strong convincing skills to promote the benefits of inclusive hiring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in software development and programming is a plus.
• Ability to provide counseling and guidance to individuals with disability.
• Passion for working towards the empowerment of youth with disability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
• Identify suitable job opportunities for youth with disability and connect them with the corporate clients.
• Act as a liaison between the corporate clients and the youth with disability to ensure smooth placement processes.
• Provide guidance and support to youth with disability during the job placement process, including resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Collaborate with the Y4J team to develop and implement placement strategies and initiatives.
• Achieve placement targets and contribute to the overall mission of Youth4Jobs Foundation.
