Responsibilities :

Perform regular patch management activities for our client's IT systems, ensuring all software, firmware, and operating systems are up to date.

Oversee the deployment of patches, updates, and security fixes across the organization's network, servers, and endpoints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective patching strategies and policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to patch management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Monitor patch management systems and tools, ensuring they are functioning optimally and effectively.

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and provide recommendations for patching and remediation.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in patch management and security.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in patch management and support.

Strong knowledge of patching tools and technologies, such as Microsoft SCCM, WSUS, or similar.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications in patch management or security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft

Certified : Azure Administrator Associate) would be a plus.
