    Job Responsibilities

    • Own the full campaign management lifecycle from planning to activation to performance optimization for paid social
    • Work within platforms to launch and optimize ads to a hit range of KPIs from customer acquisition to upper-funnel brand awareness and demand generation, all optimized to maximize media efficiency
    • Serve as the company-wide paid social expert and educator, surfacing future opportunities and challenges, and presenting solutions across teams
    • Work closely with the Brand and Creative team to test and scale creative campaigns across paid social channels.
    • Collaborate with the broader team to devise and implement full-funnel strategies, from ads to the landing page and checkout experience to improve campaign performance
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop best-in-class ad creatives to effectively communicate the brand story to the right audience
    • Responsible for campaign reporting, tracking, and pixel implementations

    Profile Requirement

    • 5+ years in a hands-on role expertly managing results-oriented paid DTC campaigns
    • Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem with hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest Ad Manager, StackAdapt, bid management tools, and leveraging 1st and 3rd-party data to drive marketing impact required
    • Strong experience with marketing metrics and optimization techniques
    • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest Ad Manager, and Excel required
    • Must be organized, flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
