We are looking for a skilled Content Executive with a strong background in content creation and EdTech experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, and marketing materials
Collaborate with the team to create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in EdTech
Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through calls, emails, and other channels
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless content delivery
Maintain a track of the invoices of the content order
Must be familiar with video content operation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in EdTech
Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives audience engagement
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
Comfortable with communication via calls, emails, and other channels
Immediate joiner or available to start within 15 days
