    Primary Function of Position

    Cureous Labs has recently launched its state-of-the-art Patient Automatic Repositioning and Patient Handling solutions and has gained immense acceptance from both B2B and B2C Segments. In your role as a Territory Sales Executive at Cureous Labs, you'll have the crucial task of managing sales activities within a specified geographic region(s). Your main goal will be to Implement the Promotional Strategy, meet sales targets, stimulate revenue expansion, and do basic troubleshooting & complaint analysis for the products.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Lead Generation, Prospecting & Closing:

    • Identify and research potential leads including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers and distributors.
    • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
    • Visit prospective Clients across the region, implement strategic Marketing & Sales plans to achieve set targets and follow up consistently on qualifying leads generated at each stage.
    • Do negotiations with the customers to close orders from qualified leads meeting the pricing, Payment & profitability targets set by the company.
    • Ensure timely delivery of orders received as per contract and collect payment from the customers.
    • Collect Post Market Feedback from Customers & report to the company for product/process improvement. and incorporate relevant insights into sales strategies and messaging.
    • Filing of MIS on time as per the company policy
    • Provide precise sales projections and forecasts based on the Leads pipeline to help effective inventory management of the company.

    Product Presentation and Demonstration:

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and applications highlighting how the device can solve their challenges and improve patient outcomes.
    • Coordinate and conduct CME (Continuing Medical Education) with end users to help them understand the product and update their domain knowledge.
    • Provide training and support to clients on the use and implementation of the device, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption process.

    Relationship Building and Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, KOLs, PMR Heads, doctors, and Nurses serving as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support.
    • Understand the needs and preferences of clients, anticipating their requirements and providing personalised solutions.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
    • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue generated, to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

    Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements, and incorporate relevant insights into sales strategies and messaging.
    • Stay informed about developments in similar products and provide feedback to the development and sales team members as needed.

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM software or other sales management tools.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field. MBA or advanced degree would be an advantage.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry with a minimum of 1-2 years as a sales representative.
    • Strong communication with clarity of thought, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to analyse feedback and objections and come up with actionable solutions.
    • Willingness to travel extensively as per the requirements within the assigned area.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Preferences

    • Experience in selling devices in the domain of pressure Injuries/ Pressure ulcer care and management.
    • Worked with startups before in similar roles.
