    About the Role:

    The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a vital role in headhunting and attracting top talent to meet our organization's requirements.

    This individual will lead the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and implement strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with HR Manager/CEO and Delivery Head to understand their talent needs.
    • Full-cycle recruiting skills: researching, sourcing, interviewing, and closing positions.
    • Represent CloudFronts brand to prospective professionals.
    • Develop talent resources, channels, and participate in recruiting to build a talent pipeline.
    • Identify the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media, etc.) to fit the profile needed.
    • Continually improve techniques, strategies, and approaches to candidate outreach.
    • Manage the entire cycle of the Human Resource Management System (Zoho).
    • Assist in making necessary changes to existing policies and formulating new policies as per internal changes and compliance if required.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.

    Must have hands-on experience in hiring IT Recruitment.

    Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Dynamic CRM, BI, Business Development & Marketing hiring will be beneficial.

    Strong research, sourcing, and analytical skills with the ability to search for top-tier requirements.

    Experience working on any ATS and Human Resource Information System will be an added advantage.

    Strong written and spoken communication skills.

    Strong follow-up skills, Market Intelligence, Networking, and Talent (KSA) assessment
