- Experience in AI bot platforms, such as DialogFlow/API.AI, Cloud ML, Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, , Salesforce Einstein etc. (as a Project Manager/Analyst/Consultant)
- Strong understanding of the NLP space (natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, personality insight, Generative AI etc.), conversational interfaces, and leveraging existing services and libraries (integration, configuration, training, continuous learning)

Role: Business Analyst - Conversation Designer (Delivery)
Work Location: India (Mumbai, Bangalore)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
As part of the core delivery team of Quantiphi, the Conversation Designer will be responsible for designing the user experience of a virtual agent. Your focus would be to ensure that the virtual assistant is conversationally engaging, impactful for the end-user, and matches the voice of the brand. You will translate the brand's business requirements into natural dialogue flows backed up by UX research and good design practices. Act as a conduit between technical team members and business customers, and take a lead in preparing functional and technical specification documents.
