    We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at RankBloc Services. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India with a salary range of competitive as per industry standards. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
    • Ability to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
    • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
