About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualize/Design interactive landing pages that narratively encapsulate the school's ethos and are optimized for increasing admissions

2. Design for social media platforms, digital marketing assets, brochures, and hoardings for both print and digital formats

3. Collaborate with stakeholders within the school and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to improve and refine designs, ensuring satisfaction and impact

4. Proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, understand project requirements, and ensure seamless execution

6. Continuously refine the design vision to ensure scalability and future-readiness

Develop new processes and tools to enhance design workflows

7. Work on taking ownership and autonomy, working closely with the seasoned founding team, and gaining hands-on experience

8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

1. Passion for design, and ability to develop visually appealing designs

2. Keen eye for aesthetics, adapting to new design trends & tools

3. Proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each

6. Ability to translate messaging concepts into impactful marketing materials
