    Summary of Role:

    Your role will involve:

    • Payroll lead for UK, US, Germany, India, Singapore, and Japan
    • Ensure that the payroll department runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.
    • Ensuring that all employees in the business receive their correct earnings on time.
    • Verifying that all employee payments satisfy national laws and guidelines, specifically for UK, US, and Germany.
    • Ensure records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
    • Analysing and reporting on payroll data
    • Provision of financial reports
    • Developing and refining payroll processes and procedures
    • Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with internal customers
    • Manage and resolving any issues related to payroll.
    • Coordinate with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts
    • Organised work ethic with exceptional attention to detail

    Requirements:

    • Must have experience in managing payroll and pensions for a global company, ideally with locations in UK, US, Germany, and India
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Great attention to detail
    • Knowledge about all the statutory compliances regarding payroll and labour law in the respective region specifically UK, US and Germany.
    • Ensuring all the post payroll payments statutory compliances are done on time.
