- Achieve the GI cross sell target of the 811 digital sales team for the location
- Establish & handle strong business relationship with Digisales team
- Day-to-day business follow up & co-ordination with the location based Digisales sales managers, ASMs & AMDs
- Training the Digisales team on various general insurance products
- Work with Digisales team of the location to identify GI cross sell opportunities & achieve the business targets
- Doing customer calls for retail leads closure & BPOS transaction handling
- Execution of campaigns and schemes to push sales and improve customer base
- Track the performance of each AMD & identify areas of concern, highlight them & upskill via training
- Investigate, follow up & resolve customer complaints within TATs
- Publishing of required MISs to measure & track business
- Sales management
- Relationship management
- Computer handling skills (excel, word & outlook)
