    Director of Product Management

    We're looking for a visionary Director of Product Management to take the helm of our game portfolio—both the crowd favourites and the next big hits.

    • Know the Player – Get in the heads (and hearts) of our users. Champion the voice of the customer and make sure their experience is central to everything we build.
    • Measure What Matters – Establish KPIs that go beyond vanity metrics. Track real engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success.
    • Embrace the Power of AI – Use machine learning to personalize experiences, fine-tune features, and supercharge engagement.
    • Unite the Guild – Collaborate across engineering, marketing, sales, and design to ensure smooth product launches and feature rollouts.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 10+ years in product management, including 5+ in a leadership role in gaming or digital entertainment.
    • Game Producer experience would also be a big plus.
    • Experience with real-money gaming (RMG) or mobile games? Big bonus points
    • A deep love for game mechanics, player behaviour, and what makes a great game great
    • Familiarity with product development frameworks—and the flexibility to adapt as needed
    • Solid grasp of machine learning concepts and how they apply to gaming
    • CLEAR, CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR WHO CAN INSPIRE, ALIGN, AND RALLY TEAMS
    • Cool under pressure, organized in chaos, and always ready to roll up your sleeves
