Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Record to Report]
In this role, Tax Professionals, having technical depth in tax compliance and accounting functions. The role will be part of a service delivery team and will require hands-on responsibility for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reporting activities.

Responsibilities
.Review general accounting tasks - Relevant work experience in Project accounting
.Set up/Change project, submit pricing
.Validate revenue, margin, and discounts against contract

Accounting & Financial Operations. Understand project setup, pricing validation, and award-to-contract linkage
. Validate revenue, margin, and discounts against contract and budget
. Manage change order pricing, documentation, and approvals
. Maintain placement and pricing trackers across ERP (PeopleSoft, WorkDay), Salesforce, and SharePoint
Systems & Technical Proficiency. Proficient in ERP project setup and resource maintenance
. Familiar with Peoplesoft, WorkDay, Salesforce, Bullhorn, and SharePoint for project management
. Strong Excel and pricing model skills for budgeting and analysis
. Manage data integrity across ERP, CRM, and internal trackers
Analytical & Process Control. Detail-oriented in pricing, cost validation, and rate governance
. Reconcile project financials vs. approved contracts
. Track approvals, handle escalations, and close workflows accurately
. Maintain margin control and visibility of project-level performance
Communication & Collaboration. Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Finance, and Accounting teams
. Communicate status, exceptions, and change requests clearly
. Support audits with required documentation
. Coordinate with recruiting and customer teams for placement validation
Organizational & Behavioral. Show ownership and accountability for project setup accuracy
. Strong organization under multi-project workloads
. Maintain version control and document retention discipline
. Adapt quickly in a dynamic consulting environment

.Ensuring monthly checklists are completed without exception and that all trackers are maintained as requested, including those pertaining to withholding tax rates per country
.Preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by management
.Following adequate rules, policies, procedures, and instructions

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.CA Inter/CMA - Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting.
.Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or staffing preferred.
.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
.IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/Workday), MS Office - Preferably Workday ERP
.Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Graphs)
