Job Role/Title : Senior Engineering manager

Experience : 15-20 yrs

Location : Bangalore

Position: Software Development Team :

1. Lead and support a team in an agile environment, responsible for analyzing user needs and designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software solutions aligned with the product roadmap.

2. Actively perform roadmap explorations, studying and integrating new technologies and third-party solutions aligned with the product vision.

3. Lead a specialized area with diverse functional elements.

4. Provide expertise in developing, debugging, and designing software applications.

5. Lead or participate in the design and architecture of software applications.

6. Collaborate with supervisors, functional peer group managers, and technical experts on a constant basis.

7. Be responsible for the talent development of team members.

8. Define team objectives and translate them into individual objectives for each team member in line with organizational goals. Evaluate team and individual performance.

9. Develop the team based on continuous assessment.

10. Motivate and guide individual team members to stretch and expand their own capabilities (know-how, behavior, communication, etc.).

11. Build and manage a team fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and empowerment.

12. Provide input for salary reviews.
