We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to join our fast-paced delivery team. As a Quality Analyst Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of our enterprise-level applications. Responsibilities:

• Manage QA across multiple projects, both offshore and in-house.
  
• Lead the implementation and refinement of QA processes and strategies.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in both functional and non-functional testing, including manual and automation testing.
  
• Facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with QA objectives.
  
• Advocate for Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and industry Best Practices.
  
• Proficient in Risk Management and Risk-Based Testing methodologies.
  
• Experience in managing testing departments and handling complex testing activities.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
  
• Motivate and mentor team members, recognizing and nurturing talent.
  
• Maintain professionalism, self-motivation, and enthusiasm in all aspects of work.

• Define QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects.
  
• Lead and direct the QA leadership team.
  
• Provide technical expertise in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
  
• Mentor and lead QA automation developers and managers.
  
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of QA leads.
  
• Ensure adherence to QA principles, guidelines, and best practices.
  
• Drive continuous QA improvements, including the adoption of testing tools and automation.
  
• Establish and enforce quality standards and testing processes.
  
• Monitor QA activities, analyze defects, and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Present testing metrics and activities to key stakeholders.
  
• Act as an escalation point for testing and quality assurance matters.
  
• Direct the development of QA strategy, methodology, and framework.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve departmental and corporate quality goals.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
