    About the Role:

    • The Transactions team supports all transactional work and performs all financial analysis, market research and deal management pertaining to regional expansion.


    The Transactions position is responsible for facilitating all actions required for the professional management of leasing pipeline and portfolio within their designated region and territory.


    As a dedicated member of a regional deal team, this role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, real estate portfolio management, commercial and legal negotiation, and stakeholder management.


    • Manage the daytoday activities of Real Estate portfolio. Support a diverse set of company needs from basic management of lease abstractions and critical dates.
    • Responsible for portfolio lease input and tracking to enable the company to make strategic real estate decisions that support expansion and growth.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Leading the Real Estate portfolio and growth for the region
    • Facilitating timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms, successful lease negotiation, project management and overall portfolio management
    • Contributing to and overseeing analytics work, particularly market research, deal underwriting, investment committee presentations, etc
    • Facilitating all actions required for and maintaining systems for regional portfolio management
    • Responsible for the storage of all leaserelated documents and input key information
    • Review critical data reporting provided by thirdparty vendor for accuracy
    • Coordinate completion of tenant improvements required in leases and lease amendments
    • Research and provide information on escalations, operating costs and real estate taxes
    • Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile letters of credit and guarantees to leases
    • Work with Legal and the greater Real Estate team on newly executed leases and agreements
    • Follow up with landlords on time on resolution of complaints, status of tenant service requests and miscellaneous tenant requirements
    • Assist Transaction Managers with deal closeout: receipt of comparison analysis and other relevant information from our broker partners
    • Work with landlords to obtain possession letters, rent commencement agreements and other leaserelated correspondence
    • Develop activity reports for regional portfolios and global portfolio
    • Become familiar with all building leases and building rules and regulations with proficiency in reviewing and investigating conflicts

    Education and Desired Qualifications:

    • Extensive work experience in RE Finance, CRE brokerage and/or CRE acquisitions
    • Experience with commercial real estate and transaction management
    • Strong capabilities in financial modelling and market research
    • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry
    • Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
    Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction

    • Reliable, focused and detailoriented
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently
    • Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fastpaced environment
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
    • Experience related to lease administration, Accounting or property/project management Experience with Visual Lease is a must
    • Experience with Workday is preferred
    • Expertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial lease language
    • Independent worker and team player
    • Work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
    • Ability to multitask, process work quickly and accurately with changing priorities
    • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
    • Demonstrated ability to organize and communicate data in a clear manner
