    Position: Professor/Associate Professor - Research and Publications

    Qualifications:

    • Ph.D. in English/Comparative Literature/Electronics/Agriculture/Media Science or a closely related discipline.
    • Demonstrated track record of research excellence and scholarly publications in reputable journals.
    • Experience in guiding students and colleagues in publishing research papers.
    • Minimum eight publications in SCI/SCOPUS/ABDC/UGC-listed and peer-reviewed journals in the last 2 years.
    • Strong commitment to academic integrity, ethics, and continuous learning.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and conduct cutting-edge research in English/Comparative Literature/Electronics/Agriculture/Media Science.
    • Mentor and guide students in research projects and thesis development.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of research and publication.
    • Publish high-quality research papers in journals of repute.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of research strategies and initiatives.
