Title – Business Analyst OSS BSS

Required Experience - 5 to 8 yrs

Locations - Chennai/BLR/TVM

to 8 years of sufficient technical knowledge to understand high-level architecture and technical requirements around BSS/OSS solutions for Telecoms Projects.
with next-gen Digital BSS & OSS
knowledge in Tmforum models – eTOM, TAM & SID. OpenAPI and ODA.
on experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Preparing BRDs/ FSDs/ product manuals, writing use cases, reviewing test cases, and functional testing.
on with tools like MS Visio, Aris or other similar tools for designing process flows and sequence diagram
business analysis background, in an operator environment is a must. (Not within the product company)
skills, able to work simultaneously on a number of assignments when required.
of business analysis principles and methodologies.
ability to work BSS/OSS functionally to drive the accurate capture of requirements, resolving and closing down issues and information shortfall as and when they appear.
of working within Waterfall & Agile methodology.
to collaborate and solve challenges.
experience of successfully working within transformation projects, or projects with environment B2C & B2B products
