Job Description/Responsibilities:
Should work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assist for closing the deals
Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries.
Explain project/Services and demonstrate the features and benefits.
Should be able to manage the clients at the site in JD for Sales Coordinator/Executive.
Generate sales leads through calling and chatting.
Work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assist for closing the deals.
Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries
Explain project/Services and demonstrate the features and benefits.
Should be able to manage the clients at the site in the absence of the sales team.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in the CRM.
Maintain potential customer data banks and keep in touch with the customers periodically.
Go the - extra mile- to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.

-Expertise in sales and marketing Experience of Luxury Apartments .
