    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Captain to join our team at AIPL. As the Food & Beverage Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry
    • Proven experience in hospitality management
    • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
    • Strong guest service management skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in computer systems and software used in the industry
    • Certification in food safety and hygiene

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage activities
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Manage and train the food and beverage staff
    • Ensure the highest levels of customer service
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
    • Create and update menus, taking into consideration seasonal and local ingredients
    • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Monitor and control costs to achieve profitability
    • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
    • Liaise with vendors and negotiate contracts
    • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
