Role : ASIC -Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience : 4 to 8 Years of Hands-on experience in Semiconductor Talent Acquisition

Job Location : Hyderabad/Chennai

Skills & Abilities Required :

• Strong understanding of semiconductor chip design services domain
• Ability to go beyond job portals and tap into right talent pool for semiconductor skills, and headhunt passive candidates
• In depth understanding of ASIC Skills like : SOC Verification, Physical Design, ASIC (RTL) Design & DFT
• Ability to sell the job and employer brand to candidates.
• Proven track record of closing positions across SOC Verification, Physical Design & DFT
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors
• Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their skill sets.
• Sourcing, Searching, identifying resources using job boards land Internal Database.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
• Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
• Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded
