    Description

    Jitendra Consulting Group – Headquarter in Dubai is a reputed and leading multi-lingual & rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as company formation, Auditing, Business Advisory Service, VAT, and other Compliance services.

    We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in India. you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with leading Indian IP and law firms. Your primary objective will be to facilitate and streamline the process of trademark registration for clients looking to expand their market presence in the GCC region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with reputable Indian IP and law firms.
    2. Negotiate partnership agreements and terms of collaboration to ensure mutual benefit.

    Provide guidance and support to partner firms on GCC trademark/Patent registration procedures.

    3. Liaise with clients seeking trademark registration in GCC countries, particularly those from India

    Offer expert advice and consultation on trademark registration requirements, processes, and timelines

    4.Co-ordinate with internal legal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

    5.Develop marketing and promotional materials targeting Indian businesses interested in expanding to the GCC market.

    6.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

    7.Maintain complete records and databases.

    8.Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives and marketing campaigns.

    Achieve monthly and annual targets set by the management

    Requirements:

    1. Proven track record in business development, preferably within the legal or intellectual property sector.
    2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    3. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    5. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus)
    6. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
    7. Ability to multi-task resourcefully to meet up deadlines and priorities - Must be presentable, flexible, and maintains a positive attitude
