Job summary:
Head Treasury, M A and Investor Relation for Finance Accounts Corporate. Reporting relationships: Group CFO Supervises Annual Compensation Negotiable ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Responsibilities:
- Treasury Banking Networking skills to actively engage in investor meets Promoter Forums Equity funding activities.
- Raising of long term funds for new projects as well as dealing with Banks Institution Private Equity li Maintain an efficient system of policies that adequately control treasury activities Ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operational and capital investment needs Prepare financial reports advise Senior Management of loans liquidity and investments Maintain banking relationships li Identify avenues to assess growth opportunitiesMAs for the business Overseeing all aspects of the merger or acquisition process from start to finish Identifying potential acquisition targets and negotiating acquisition deals Due diligence efforts to assess the financial operational viability of potential targets Coordinating managing the integration of acquired businesses Following strategies realize maximum value from each acquisition Working with Senior management ensure that all aspects of the merger or acquisition are successfully completed Investor relations Board level stakeholder management Monitor investor relations providing key business updates at a defined frequency respond timely to Investor queries clarifications Liaise internally with AML team Treasury team Fund Accounting teams Compliance team Coordinate investment process investors provide exceptional service partnership Identify opportunities grow relationship Attend host meetings calls current prospective investors Collaborate closely colleagues across Investor Relations Client Portfolio Management investment teams on broad range clientrelated efforts DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE ul li Qualified CAMBA having min yrs relevant post qualification experience Strong business partnering exposure establish world class business practices Handled Investor relations function listed company Thought leader knowledge latest practices Industry trends strong business financial acumen li
