    In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance payroll services, develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing and related activities, ensuring 100% accuracy in all transactions.
    • Monitor and evaluate payroll processes to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
    • Develop, maintain, and update SOPs for payroll and related projects, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
    • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems.
    • Address and resolve all payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner, promoting a positive employee experience.
    • Prepare and present monthly payroll-related reports for management, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and resolutions.

    Proven experience working with payroll systems and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

    A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll management, particularly within the Indian payroll landscape. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
