Blackbox (formerly AGC Networks) is looking for customer focused and experienced Avaya Support Engineer to join and be a member of established team of Technology Professionals.

Blackbox (formerly AGC Networks), a Global Technology Solutions Integrator with ingrained presence in Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions space, is embarking on a transformation journey by way of which they want to establish leadership in their chosen markets where they have been present significantly.

• Technical expertise in multiple areas with good understanding of VoIP protocols and concepts.
• Ability to analyse, configure, and troubleshoot large & complex AVAYA CC/UC deployments.
• Planning, prioritization, and organizing skills.
• Experience on Installation and configuration of AVAYA CC/UC solutions.
• Ability to drive change through innovation & process improvement.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Provide systems/product training for internally and externally teams.
• Effectively utilize existing setups to recreate and troubleshoot problems that are broad and complex.
• Should be having good communication skills.
• Able to handle international Clients.
• Provide input to internal engineering and product management organizations to enhance current and future product lines.
• Desire to learn new technologies.
• Candidate having knowledge of contact center along with IPT would be additional.
• Should have experience on below devices
• AVAYA Communications Manager (6.x, 8.x, 9.x & 10.x)
• AVAYA AES
• AVAYA SM/SMGR
• AVAYA CMS
• AVAYA AEP
• AVAYA G650/450/430 Gateways
• AVAYA IP Phones

• Soft skill training on team building and service orientation.
• Technical training on new releases from Avaya.
• Basic orientation
