The ideal candidate must have:
Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies to meet business needs.
Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline.
Manage the hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, including pre and post-closing candidates.
Successful delivery on all deadlines and executing in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Passionate about quality.
Recruiter Certification is desirable.
Experience Required:
Education:
Candidate should have a bachelors degree in IT/Computer stream.
MBA/PGDM - preferred.
Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Monday – Friday) & Saturday (Half Day).
