About Position:

Seeking an accomplished QA Solution Lead (Senior Manager) to drive Quality Assurance strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in QA automation (BDD Cucumber, Playright, API Automation, Selenium), team leadership, and technical innovation. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on technical proficiency, and a commitment to best practices and process excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and oversee enterprise QA standards, frameworks, tooling, and automation strategies.
• Develop reusable assets and maturity roadmaps for the QA Centre of Excellence.
• Champion Shift-Left QA, Continuous Testing, CI/CD stability, and DevOps quality governance.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and client workshops with tailored QA strategies.
• Represent QA in executive and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to define QA scope and differentiators.
• Lead QA across client engagements, ensuring risk-based, scalable, automation-first approaches.
• Delivery Assurance (Multi-Program) :
• Govern all QA streams: Functional, Regression, Integration, API, Mobile, Performance, Security, Accessibility, and Cloud-native testing.
• Oversee release governance, test traceability, risk mitigation, and production leakage prevention.
• Maintain healthy test environments, data, automation stability, and execution SLAs.
• QA Talent Strategy & Leadership :
• Own QA hiring, competency frameworks, talent pipeline, and career development.
• Mentor QA leaders and drive resource allocation and skill scalability.
• Drive capacity forecasting, resource allocation, utilization balancing and skill scalability across engagements.
• Stakeholder & Client Influence :
• Ensure QA integration in scope, architecture, and delivery commitments.
• Publish quality insights through dashboards and reports.
• Define and manage QA KPIs (defects, coverage, automation, velocity, leakage).
• Metrics Transparency & Governance :
• Define and manage QA KPIs (defects, coverage, automation, velocity, leakage).
• Drive process improvements through data-led governance and reliability engineering.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 14+ years in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen for pre-sales and solutioning.
• Proven leadership in large-scale modernisation, migration, or re-platforming programmes.
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Java, Python, Golang) and CI/CD integration (GitHub, Jenkins).
• Deep understanding of test architecture, data migration validation, and system integration.
• Familiarity with modernisation patterns (Strangler Fig, replatforming, containerisation).
• Experience managing distributed, multi-vendor teams and client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Experience with GenAI/AI tools for automated test generation and predictive analytics.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerised environments.
• Desirable: Experience in the cybersecurity domain.
