About the Role

At koinbx, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the success of our crypto exchange by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and user requirements for the crypto exchange.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including feature specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams involved in software development.
• Identify and address issues and risks that may impact project scope, timeline, or budget.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team.
• Support the product management team in strategic planning, product roadmap development, and prioritization of features and enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify patterns and trends that can inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and product management.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Functional requirement gathering, documenting, and technical requirements for system implementation.
• Working knowledge of the product development life cycle.
