- Will be handling Cluster branch Managers and relationship Managers
- Worked Jointly with Banc-assurance channel partner to ensure the company achieves its business aspiration with the AOP Targets as stated individual objective setting sheets.
- Liaisoning with state level Bank leadership to enhance new business for the region.
- Conducting MASS meetings, R&R to increase retail business for the team members
- Presentations to Bank partners/ Associates about the strategies formulated to acquire new business / branch level relationship/ retention of existing business.
- Planning out and implementation various activities for the branches for generating leads, circulating MIS to the branches, tracking the leads and analyze the rate of conversion.
- Monitoring performance of frontline people through different activities.
- Ensuring achievement of target of the region.
