Education:
Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in Engineering OR Master in Business Management OR similar field (Must Have)

Preferred:
Degree in Engineering/IT/any specialized discipline is a big plus

US IT Recruiter (Role and responsibilities):Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience as a Technical Recruiter in US Staffing with excellent IT skillsStrong understanding into Contingent and Fulltime HiringExcellent candidates sourcing and screening skills.

Must have expertise in candidates sourcing from JOB DIVA, Dice, Monster and knowledge about US Geography, Work Visas, Document's screening, and validation.

Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and US Tax Terms .Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio from submittals into interviews and placement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent multitasking and organizational skills
