    Job Role:

    As a Presales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and assistance during the presales process. You will play a crucial role in understanding the client's needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring that proposed products or services meet the requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential clients.
    2. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives. Engage with clients in pre-sales discussions, presentations, and demonstrations to address their needs and concerns.
    3. Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate solutions that align with their business goals. Work closely with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
    4. Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation required for the sales process. Ensure that proposals effectively address client requirements and differentiate the company from competitors.
    5. Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Address technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by clients to build confidence in the proposed solutions.
    6. Product Knowledge Transfer: Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered.
    7. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
    • Relevant certifications in sales, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP).
