    The Assessments team at Ei Shiksha

    creates/delivers high-quality learning assessments and helps organisations and governments develop their capacity to do the same.

    The team also undertakes impact assessments of educational interventions implemented by other organisations, developing learning measurement tools and training stakeholders on assessment systems and protocols, data analysis andreporting.

    Position Summary

    • Ideal candidate should have a strong on-ground implementation experience of large-scale education programs backed by a solid background in examination reform, curriculum development, assessment, teacher preparation and instructional coaching.
    • Strong academic background from a reputed institute with a post-graduation or a fellowship in education
    • At least 3+ years of hands-on education on-ground program implementation experience in a demanding education enterprise or non-profit workplace, designing and implementing large-scale programs, designing training modules and coaching/mentoring protocols, supporting teacher- coaches, solving implementation breakdowns
    • Excellent people management and project delivery skills, including the ability to lead a small specialist team, create project plans and dashboards, drive execution, manage multiple projects at a time, influence internal and external stakeholders
    Education Qualification and Experience Required

    • Ideal candidate should have a strong academic background from a reputed institute with a post-graduation or a fellowship in education
    • At least 3+ years of hands-on education on-ground program implementation experience in a demanding education enterprise or non-profit workplace, designing training modules and coaching/mentoring protocols, supporting teacher- coaches, solving implementation breakdowns (especially in low-capacity settings)
    • Excellent people management and project delivery skills
    • Candidates with experience of working in the north-east region of India will be given preference.
