- HSE Management/Plan (for design).
- Manage the team
- HSE Risk Assessment (HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA, QRA, FERA, Consequence Analysis, etc,.)
- HSE Philosophies (HSE Philosophy, Ignition Control/Shutdown, Drainage, etc,.)
- Preparation of deliverables related to Fire Protection Design (AFP, PFP, F&G,.)
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Safety Engineering.
- Work experience of more than 15 years in Engineering HSE including handling the department or team (MGT, Plan, Philosophies, Risk Assessments, Hazardous Area. Classification, etc,.) and also Fire Protection (AFP, F&G, PFP) Design, for Oil & Gas/Petrochemical facilities and preferably, Infrastructure development.
- Deep understanding of engineering HSE Design Philosophies including ignition control, shutdown, drainage, etc. and HSE Risk Assessments and Consequence Analysis such as QRA, FERA, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA, Dispersion studies, etc,.
- Knowledge of the following design software packages:
PHAST/PHAST Risk
FLACS (preferably)
PIPENET (Standard module, Spray/Sprinkle) - Understanding of fire protection general and design.
- Understanding of processes such as refinery, gas processing, LNG, etc,.
