    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

    Location: Navi Mumbai

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Business Heads to plan and execute manpower planning for respective businesses and functions, identifying key hiring priorities and resource needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end process of hiring from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Create sourcing plans and strategies based on market research and talent mapping, leveraging various channels to attract top talent.
    • Design and implement the selection process, utilizing advanced interview techniques and assessments to identify candidates who align with the company culture and job requirements.
    • Monitor and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity metrics, recruitment cost ratio, and attrition rate.
    • Explore and leverage new channels for recruitment, while managing vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and offer negotiation processes.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and other HR roles, preferably in e-commerce or technology sectors.
    • Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools, with a proven track record of success
    • Management: Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with Senior Stakeholders and collaborating effectively across business functions.
    • Adaptability: Willingness to work in an Individual Contributor role, while contributing to team objectives and organizational success.
