We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at Eukarya Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for managing the anesthesia services for our 50-bedded hospital in Siwan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the anesthesia services for the hospital, including pre-anesthesia evaluation, anesthesia induction, and post-anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and safe surgical procedures.
• Develop and implement anesthesia protocols to ensure optimal patient care.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with anesthesia standards and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

• MD/MS in Anesthesiology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in anesthesia services.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
