    Arré is looking for a Community Manager based in Varanasi to build and successfully grow the Bhojpuri language on the Arré Voice App.

    A Community Manager at Arré Voice is responsible for successful onboarding of creators, building strong use cases and content formats with creators of the 30 Second Voicepod, finding ways of building the bhojpuri speaking user base on the app and keeping the community active and engaged through triggers, challenges, content ideas, offline and online meet ups.

    As Community Manager you are also responsible for internal and external evangelism for the product and platform mission.

    Job Description

    • Identify, recruit, and partner with users/ creators speaking Bhojpuri across all walks of life to be creators on Arré
    • Identify untapped communities
    • Identify communities aligned to platform mission
    • Work with amateur / budding creators to define the unique content idiom of Arré Voice - the 30 Second Voicepod - build content use cases.
    • Execute outreach campaigns across digital and offline media/ channels to grow the bhojpuri listener base.
    • Ideate/ consult with the community to arrive at and execute various content pegs/ triggers that will aid platform engagement and virality
    • Work in tandem with the content moderation team to lay out SOPs and manage them to deal with user flags and complaints.
    • Provide direct support to our users and serve as a go-to person for our external and internal stakeholders
    • Create referral programs, incentive mechanisms to increase recruitment and creator engagement on the platform alongside growth and marketing/ social media teams.

    Pre-requisite Skills:

    • Partnerships Expertise: You have experience in partnerships with creators.
    • You are eager to learn the skills to effectively drive partnership engagements forward.
    • Communication: Ability to sell the platform/ product features to potential creative partners
    • Creative bent of mind
    • Operations management: You are detail-oriented and are diligent in analysing creator performance and managing logistics around on-boarding/upselling etc including helping to develop internal tools to manage creators alongside the product team
    • Fluency in the language of the community you are in charge of
    • Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel; able to interpret dashes to draw patterns from data
    • Data-driven and goal-orientated approach

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years prior experience with partnerships, public relations or community building with a digital / UGC product with a keen eye on content and/ or creator experience.
