    Description
    OPENINGS FOR PROFESSOR POSITION IN COMMERCE AND MANAGEMENT AREA:


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Applicants should hold an MBA/M.Com degree along with Ph.
    D. in relevant discipline from a reputed Institutions.
    Should have at least 10 years teaching experience in Teaching and Industry with reputed Institutions/organisation.
    Should have guided at least one PhD
    Should have research papers published in International / National Journals.
    Applicants with patents registered / consultancy works carried out will be given preference.
    Exposure in handling high-value funded projects will be an added advantage

    Responsibilities:

    Academics:
    Classroom teaching and Laboratory engagements
    Development Learning of Resource Materials & Laboratory Development
    Student Assessment & Evaluation including Examination work of University.
    Organising Co-curricular & extracurricular activities
    Student's guidance, counseling & helping in their personal, ethical, moral, and overall character development
    Keeping abreast of new knowledge and skills
    Continuing Education Activities Self-development through upgrading qualifications, Experience & Professional activities
    Organising national and international conferences, workshops, MDPs, EDPs and symposium

    Research Consultancy:
    Research development activities & Research guidance
    Industry sponsored projects
    Providing consultancy services
    Promotion of industry–institution interaction
    Participate and coordinate research activities.
    Publish research articles and papers in reputed journals and conferences
    Stimulate analytical and critical thinking among students
    Develop and implement a research strategy in the field of management and commerce

    Academic Administration:
    Academic and Administrative management of the institution
    Design and development of course curriculum for a new program.
    Preparing projects for funding in areas of R&D work, laboratory development, modernization, expansion, etc
    Administration both at departmental & institutional level
    Monitoring and evaluation of academic programs and research activities
    Helping mobilization of resources for the Institution
    Plan and implement Staff Development activities, conduct Performance Appraisal
    Providing R&D support and consultancy services to Industry and other user agencies
    Well versed in handling media equipment, LMS and ppt for teaching any course.
