    About this opportunity:

    Ericsson is looking for a skilled MS Core and Cloud Specialist. This role is essential for leading and bringing expertise in technology to different Core and Cloud domains such as CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. As a part of the Ericsson Operations Engine, you will have a significant impact on Managed Services deliveries through the Create, Sustain, and Evolve cycle.

    What you will do:

    • Leverage your expertise in Core and Cloud domains to support Domain Support and Automated Operations teams.
    • Assist the Automation and Analytics team by providing knowledge on Core and Cloud domains for analytics and automation use cases.
    • Design and maintain solutions based on automation use cases, while investigating potential automation-related issues.
    • Enhance and drive recovery processes.
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated Service Delivery methods.
    • Conduct trend analysis to proactively identify issues and initiate necessary restoration and repair.
