    Job Summary

    We seek a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring efforts for Sales and Leadership positions across the United States, focusing on self-sourcing. This role requires someone who can independently identify, engage, and close top talent without significant external agency reliance.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and leadership positions in the US.
    • Develop and execute innovative self-sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active candidates using Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, talent mapping, and referrals.
    • Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand role requirements, hiring goals, and organizational culture.
    • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs in the sales and executive domains.
    • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, representing the company as a brand ambassador.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
    • 6-8 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with 3+ years in sales and leadership hiring.
    • Ability to source using , social media, and Networking.
    • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent within the IT services industry.
    • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Demonstrated ability to self-source and independently fill senior-level roles.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like Recruiter.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of compensation structures, commission plans, and sales hiring benchmarks in the U.S.
    • Recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, Certified Recruiter, AIRS) are advantageous.
