    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
    • Manage endtoend recruitment for retail and corporate roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
    • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Candidate Screening & Selection
    • Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process, providing timely feedback to candidates.
    • Employer Branding & Networking
    • Promote the company's employer brand through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
    • Build strong relationships with universities, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies.
    • Enhance candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
    • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
    • Provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.
    • Optimize recruitment processes to reduce timetohire and improve candidate quality.
    • Collaboration & Compliance
    • Work closely with HR, store managers, and department heads to understand hiring needs.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all hiring activities.
    • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment strategies.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience & Qualifications
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Skills & Competencies
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet hiring deadlines.
    • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Linked In, job boards, and employee referrals.
    • Industry Knowledge
    • Understanding of retail hiring needs and trends.
    • Experience in recruiting for sales, operations, and corporate roles within retail.
